Our Return Policy
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). A $5.00 restocking fee will be applied to all other returns.

Is it safe to shop online at Songs for Teaching?
Yes, we take several steps to insure your security. The Thawte certificate you see next to the fields for your credit card information enables up to 256-bit encryption, so that your confidential information and transactions cannot be viewed by others. We continually update our computers with the latest spyware and security technology. For your protection, we at Songs for Teaching do not store your credit card information. Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank's secure credit card processor for approval, bypassing our own records.

We would love to offer discounts to all of our customers but are unable to do so. We value all of our customers, and try to offer low prices on an everyday basis.
Do you sell individual song downloads?
Yes! We sell thousands of single-song downloads.
Many of our most popular artists, however, offer their music only as full-album downloads with printable lyrics. The lyrics that we include with our downloads are formatted to allow immediate printing on standard 8.5" by 11" paper or transparencies.
You can always look for songs about the subjects that interest you by entering the name of the subject in the search box near the upper left-hand corner of each page.
What is your return policy?
• Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise price.
• Defective items will be replaced with the same item at no charge. We will include a postage-paid envelope or sticker so that you can return the defective item at no cost to you.
• We are unable to offer refunds on opened merchandise or on downloads. We encourage you to browse our site to view lyrics, listen to sound clips, and call our educational consultants before making your purchases. We will be happy to assist you in selecting resources that will best meet your needs.
