When I looked at my computer
for the very first time
I couldn't make sense of it
or reason or rhyme

Didn't have a clue about
menu or file
Thought that the computer
just wasn't my style

Then I hit a few keys
On came the lights
The screen flashed on
to some wonderful sights

The latest high fashions
some very cool art
a new book on hockey--
that was only a start--

Undersea travel
neat jokes in your face...
What a great thing to have
for the whole human race!

I'm in tune with the world
and haven't you heard--
you don't have to be
a computer nerd--

It's fantastic, it's fun
no sweat and no strife
This fabulous things's
taken over my life!
