Purchase Orders

We are happy to accept Purchase Orders from School Districts and Government Agencies.

Details:

  • Purchase Orders must have a contact name and authorized signature
  • Please include an email address for the recipient of the music/materials
  • Please include item numbers or attach a printed shopping cart with the signed order
  • Please note: item numbers with a suffix starting with "D" are download products and require an email address. Occassionally, lyrics for hard copy CDs are sent via a digital link as well.
  • An authorized signature is necessry to process the order
  • Shipping can be estimated online by entering items online and going to cart
  • FAX orders to: 1-866-769-8528 or Email to: alice@songsforteaching.com
  • Paper invoices will be mailed to billing address listed on the invoice unless a billing email is included.
  • Please email songs@songsforteaching.com to request a W-9 or other Vendor Information.
