And there were flowers blooming all around.
When suddenly to my surprise,
Fluttering before my eyes,
Was a butterfly so close to me
I tried to kiss it. But I missed …

With it’s long and slender proboscis.

Then finding a plant that is a perfect match
To lay its eggs on so, when they hatch,
There will be plenty of food for caterpillars to eat.
And they can munch, munch, munch on nutritious leaves.

To begin to do some pretty fancy stuff. Like . . .
