On top of my pizza with hot melted cheese
I lost my pepperoni with a gigantic sneeze
It stuck to the ceiling and fell to the floor
Then my pepperoni bounced out the back door

It rolled through my sandbox and bounced off a truck
Then my pepperoni, it landed in muck!
It lay there all summer and right through the snow
And then in the springtime it started to grow

It grew tiny branches like you’d never believe
with pepperoni flowers and pizza crust leaves
So now when I’m hungry I just have to go
Out into the backyard where my pizza tree grows
