There's an order you should go.

First, do the problems in parentheses,
Then you gotta move on, and do the rest of these!
Next, you gotta go…multiply and divide,
Take ‘em in the order…that they come inside!
Finally, add and subtract - again take ‘em as they come,
Once you check all your work, you are finally done!
