Activity Suggestions from Stephen Fite:
When something positive happens during the classroom day, put this little ditty on and
CELEBRATE! It’s short and sweet and fun for the kids. You can make “Thumbs Up” a class
signature celebration for positive happenings or individual accomplishments.
Try having “Thumbs Up” races during the day. Simply say, “Thumbs Up Race” when they
least expect it and see if they can beat you. The “Race” also offers the added bonus of
focusing the kids' attention on you.
