and selected for their high musical and educational quality.
Many of our most popular resources are sold as zipped files of full-album downloads... often
with printable lyrics, teaching tips, and visual learning aids.
We also offer thousands of
individual-song downloads. Since our files can be quite large, our downloads are suitable only for high-speed Internet connections.
What are MP3 Files?
All of our music downloads are in MP3 format. This popular format may be played on your computer, iPod, or MP3 player. MP3 files may also be burned to discs, using your own disc-burning software.
What are "Zipped Files of MP3 Tracks?"
Most of our full-album downloads are delivered to your computer in compressed (zipped) files. This allows you to save time by downloading a small number of files, rather than needing to download lots of MP3 files one-at-a-time. Once you know how to expand a zipped file, you'll find it a convenient time-saver. Most Macs and newer PCs already have un-zipping software installed. In the unlikely event that your computer lacks expanding software, you can download free un-zipping software from WinZip or StuffIt. Can I Burn MP3 Files to a CD?
Or transfer them to a portable device?
If you know how to transfer an MP3 file to your portable device or to a disc, you shouldn't have any trouble with the MP3 files from our store. Please remember to work with your MP3 files – not the zipped file – according to the instructions for your portable device or your disc-burning software.
There are dozens of different portable device and CD-burning software programs available, and we regretfully are unable to offer help with transferring your files beyond your computer.
I want a particular song, but not the rest of the album. Where is it?
Many of our most popular resources are available only as full-album downloads. Many of these downloads (when indicated) may also include printable lyrics, teaching guides, sheet music and/or reproducible graphics.
We also sell thousands of individual MP3 downloads. You can search by title, subject or artist by typing keywords into the search box available on every page in our site.
If I get frustrated, can I just have a CD?
We're sorry, but downloads are not refundable or exchangeable -- even for CDs with the same title. Our means of paying artists and publishers are totally separate... and payments are sometimes even made to different parties.
We will work with you to ensure that you are able to successfully transfer your downloadable merchandise to your computer. We regretfully are unable to assist with CD-burning, transferring to MP3 players, or other functions beyond the downloading of files to your computer.
If you are unsure about your expertise (or comfort level) with downloads, please do not purchase a download without enlisting the help of someone who has experience with downloads and zipped files.
Our downloads offer you the opportunity to receive top-quality music, while avoiding shipping fees and the wait for CDs to be shipped -- But if you lack experience with downloads, and don't have someone who can help you, it might be better to initially purchase a CD, instead of a download.
