Talkin' Dinosaur Blues
Teaching Characteristics of Dinosaurs
Joan Maute, Ed.D. This song is available on Joan Maute's Diggin' Dinosaurs. I was walking through the swamp and what did I see? Oh boy, what a walk!. The first one I saw had a huge fancy collar..... He was a plant eater, with three horns The next one had spikes on his back and tail..... What a body guard! I heard a big noise way up in the sky!..... Talk about a Big Bird! Brontosaurus was slow but large you see..... So far, so good.! So here I was in the middle of the swamp Tyrannosaurus Rex, a meat eater, we all ran away, real fast!
The complete song is available on Joan Maute's Diggin' Dinosaurs.
Many thanks to Joan Maute, Ed.D. for permission to display these lyric excerpts.
