We capture sun rays to warm us and wind mills create such power
Water heats and cools and also gives us those kilowatt hours

The sun is always there up high though clouds get in the way
It sends us solar energy each and every day
We gather it to heat our homes and our water too
And recharge many batteries to reuse and renew

The wind blows mostly all the time we see it move the trees
A wind mill makes electric it literally is a breeze
Though some look different from the wind mills in the day of yore
They do the job efficiently of that you can be sure

We use our waterways for power the idea’s nothing new
And geothermal systems work to heat and cool us too
There’s always more that we can do let’s put our heads together
