(Verse 1):
Look at the Plateau, rising from the plain,
A thousand feet of history, washed clean by the rain.
It started with a tremor, a slow push from below,
The pressure of the mantle, nowhere left to go.
The land was lifted gently, a wide, flat table high,
But soon the wind began to see its chance to fly.
The edges started chipping, the river cut its way,
Even stability breaks down, day after day.
(Pre-Chorus):
The silent work continues, deep in the Earth's design,
Every shift and every crumble, perfectly defined.
A canvas in slow motion, where every drop has power,
We're watching the creation in this fleeting hour.
(Chorus):
Oh, we are Sculpted by Time, shaped by forces unseen,
From the Mountains tall and rugged to the valleys in between.
The great geography, written in the stone,
A thousand generations, carved out and overthrown.
Every curve and every crevice holds a memory deep,
The Earth's true masterpiece while the whole world is asleep.
(Verse 2):
Now follow the journey, down where the shadows lie,
To where the river whispered, and the centuries flew by.
It found the weakness first, a tiny little crack,
And with the weight of water, there was no turning back.
It cut down through the bedrock, persistent and so deep,
While the high walls watched the secret that the rushing currents keep.
This long, vertical journey became a mighty Canyon's space,
Proof that gentle water can reshape any place.
(Bridge):
But not all formations stand as a monument of might,
Look out on the desert, shifting in the light.
Tiny grains of sand, moved by the silent breeze,
Piled up for a moment, resting at their ease.
A Dune is a reminder that beauty can be fleeting,
The landscape is alive, constantly repeating...
(Chorus)
(Outro):
Sculpted...
Unseen...
The Earth's true masterpiece.
