Hey Buford, do you know how to count to a 100? Gosh yes, Miss Bessie. I learned that when I was 30. 30? Mercy sakes Buford. Well, we’re going to teach these young’ins how to count to a 100. Ya’ll ready to count to a 100? All righty then, here we go . . .		Have the children march in a large circle while hitting their rhythm sticks to the beat.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10 Count to a 100 it’s easy. Just start all over again.		At the end of each group of 10, reverse the direction of marching.
11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 You may say that’s plenty, but don’t you need 19, 20!
21, 22, 23,....
31, 32, 33,.....
41, 42, 43,.....
51, 52, 53.....
61, 62, 63.....
