Shipping Address
     Please check that you have entered your correct shipping address.
     Re-shipping charges may be added if the incorrect address is entered.

Return Policy:
     Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs for unopened merchandise if the return is a result of our error, i.e. the incorrect item was shipped. A $5.00 restocking fee will be applied to all other returns that we authorize.
     Defective merchandise may be exchanged for identical items only. We will cover shipping costs when exchanging defective items.
     We regret that we are unable to accept returns of opened merchandise or of any downloaded products. We are happy to assist you with your decisions as to which products are best for you. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to call us at 248-792-6655.

Downloads
     We are happy to assist you with saving your purchased download to your computer. We regretfully are not able to assist you with burning CDs or other operations past the downloading of purchased files to your computer.
     Downloadable merchandise is not returnable.

     Downloads are automatically limited to two attempts. If you were unsuccessful in saving your download to your computer with two attempts, we will gladly extend the number of attempts if we are notified of the problem (via email or by phone) within 48 hours after the download is purchased.
     You are entitled to download, export, burn or copy merchandise purchased on this site solely for personal, noncommercial use and related educational use as allowed under the copyright doctrine of fair use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Any burning or exporting capabilities are solely an accommodation to you and shall not constitute a grant or waiver of any rights of the copyright owners in any merchandise or in any content, sound recording, underlying musical composition, artwork or other copyrightable matter embodied in any merchandise. No right, title or interest in any downloaded merchandise or software is transferred to you as a result of any downloading or copying or otherwise. All rights in the Merchandise are owned by Songs ForTeaching.com and its licensors and you have only a limited, nontransferable, nonexclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable right to use the merchandise for personal use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

     Except for limited purposes as may be allowed by the legal copyright doctrine of fair use, you may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, broadcast, re-broadcast, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, any of the merchandise. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or disable any copy protection or use limitation systems associated with the merchandise. You may not play and then re-digitize any merchandise, or upload said merchandise to the Internet. You may not use the merchandise in conjunction with any other third-party content (e.g, to provide sound for a film). You may not sell or offer to sell the merchandise, including but not limited to, posting any merchandise for auction, on any internet auction site. All merchandise are sublicensed to you and not sold, notwithstanding the use of the terms "sell," "purchase," "order," or "buy" on the Service or in this Agreement.
     You may download music to a single computer. You may then transfer music files and backup license files to up to one (1) additional personal computer. You may play music an unlimited number of times on up to two (2)  personal computers. You shall be entitled to 1) burn merchandise solely for personal, non-commercial use one time and 2) export merchandise solely to a portable device capable of playing MP3 files. SongsForTeaching.com is a reseller to you and does not accept orders from music dealers, exporters, wholesalers, any businesses of any kind or other customers who intend to resell.
     WITHOUT LIMITING ANY PROVISION HEREIN, SONGSFORTEACHING.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY PARTICULAR COMPACT DISC BURNER OR PORTABLE DEVICE WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE SERVICE OR THAT ANY COMPACT DISC BURNED USING THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION IN ALL COMPACT DISC PLAYERS. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR RECORDING AND PLAYBACK SYSTEM(S) WILL FUNCTION CORRECTLY.
     The delivery of merchandise hereunder does not transfer to you any commercial or promotional use rights in the merchandise. Security Technology. You acknowledge that merchandise may contain security technology that limits your use of merchandise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Communications
     We may need to contact you by phone only if there is a problem in delivering your purchase.  We will not phone you for any other reason.
     We will send you one of our free monthly newsletters after your first purchase is made.  You may easily unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time with one click, and we will honor your preference not to receive future newsletters.

Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to its choice of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate state and federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
